Then you install one of the three suggested apps on your device: TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player. You enter your username, password and server address. 1. Plug the stick into HDMI and power, open the Wi-Fi settings and join it to your home network.
2. Open the app store on the stick and install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro.
3. Launch the app and pick sign-in with login details, often called Xtream Codes login.
4. Enter the server address, username and password from your email and confirm the entry.
5. Wait until the channel list and the library load fully, then pin your favourites.

Older TV models load large lists more slowly, which is normal and no fault of your login. Give the first start five minutes before you change anything. Then sort channels by language and pin family favourites, so children, parents and grandparents find their shows at once.

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV and install TiviMate.
2. Launch TiviMate and add a fresh channel list through the Xtream Codes login.
3. Type the server address, username and password exactly as in the email.
4. Give the list a clear name, for example Home, and start the refresh.
5. After loading, browse the groups and pin loved channels to the home screen.

Android TV keeps your sign-in for good, so you sign in only a single time. Switch automatic list refresh on in the app settings, then the line-up almost tends itself. Boxes from Xiaomi, Nokia or Nvidia follow the same moves as televisions with Android TV.

1. Load IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store onto your Apple device.
2. Open the app and tap sign-in through the Xtream Codes interface.
3. Enter a profile name of your choice plus the server address, username and password.
4. Confirm and wait until live TV and series appear fully.
5. Repeat the sign-in on the second Apple device with the same details.

The Apple keyboard eases typing long passwords, because you copy text straight from the mail app. Allow the app alerts only when you want hints on fresh series, it needs none for watching. You thus switch between living room and train ride with no fresh sign-in.

1. Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro from the Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and pick sign-in with login details.
3. Copy the server address, username and password straight from your email.
4. Let the list load and test one homeland station plus one sport station.
5. Pin your loved stations as favourites, so the next start takes seconds.

Mind your data volume on the mobile network, because live TV in HD uses about one to two gigabytes per hour. Lower the playback picture in the app settings when volume runs short. For commuters between Munich, Vienna and Zurich the phone thus stays the most loyal companion.

1. Wire the MAG box through HDMI to the television and through cable or Wi-Fi to the internet.
2. Open the settings with the remote, then system settings and the server area.
3. Pick portals and enter the server address from your email as the portal address.
4. Enter the username and password in the fields provided and save the details.
5. Restart the box and wait until the portal loads with all channels.

When only a dark screen shows after the restart, first check the portal address for typos. Every wrong letter blocks the start of the box. On older models a software update through the settings menu also helps, and the portal mostly loads at the first try after that.

On a computer a glance at the audio settings pays off, in case sound should travel through headphones or outside speakers. Use the favourites list for your daily stations, then your homeland line-up opens at once. Keyboard shortcuts for volume and full screen speed things up even more.
